Part-Time Payroll/Bookkeeper Job, Haslemere, Surrey.
21 hours per week over 3 days
Part-Time Payroll/Bookkeeper job for an organisation based in the Haslemere area for a well established organisation. Working in the head office function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the payroll for approximately 200 employees as well as purchase/sales ledger processing. Day to day you will be reporting into the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities include:
Posting of purchase ledger invoices using Sage Line 50
Posting of sales ledger invoices using Sage Line 50
Supplier statement reconciliations
Bank account reconciliations
Entering and validation of payroll figures to ADP and reconcilaitions
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong payroll and bookkeeping experience ideally within an SME environment. ADP experience would be advantageous.
