PART TIME PAYROLL SPECIALIST - INSURANCE COMPANY - CENTRAL LONDON - £35K

My client is looking for a part time payroll specialist to join their HR department in central London. The client is very keen to get the right personality for the business, the right person will be ambitious, credible, driven and possess a fine attention to detail.

A hardworking, dynamic and professional Payroll Administrator is required to work for rapidly growing financial services company based in Central London. Your responsibilities will include the following;

Responsible for the processing of the Irish bi weekly payroll for 400 employees on a monthly basis
Responsible for the Spanish, French, Germany and Portuguese payroll

Timely and accurate payment of salaries and bonuses to employees from start to finish

Responsible for dealing with HR Advisors and Managers within the European Regions to ensure data received is prior to submissions

Dealing with their global payroll provider Ensuring they have the necessary information to process payroll accurately
Resolving of employee or management queries

Dealing with all correspondence from Revenue and any other third parties in relation to Payroll

Checking of the bi weekly and monthly payroll registers for European countries

Check the bi weekly and monthly payroll invoices received from global payroll provider for accuracy

Produce monthly reports and statistics as required

In order to be considered for this position the ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

Substantial experience in processing Payroll
Experience in processing European Payrolls
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - to MACRO level
