Payroll and HR Assistant

PAYROLL / HR ASSISTANT - RETAIL COMPANY - SOUTH WEST LONDON - £28K

A prestigious and well established high street Retail Company are looking to recruit a new Payroll/HR professional. This person will have to take sole responsibility of the Payroll for the company. They are looking for a polished, hard working and accurate professional. The main requirements are listed below:

Solely processing Payroll from start to finish on a monthly basis

Administrating of all employee paperwork and filing (new joiner details leaver administration)

Maintaining an accurate HR database including managing staff holidays, sickness absence, maternity, paternity adoption

Responsible for in house monthly payroll, compiling, preparing, processing and generating payroll for approximately 250 employees

Responsible for monthly payroll for Irish employees

Assisting with RTI and auto-enrolment submission

Entertaining employee inquiries and concerns regarding paycheck issues

Maintaining and update payroll systems to reflect latest salary adjustments

Processing timekeeping information submitted to the office for each assigned employee in the department

Processing salary adjustments of promoted or demoted employees as approved

Providing notices to employees for forthcoming deductions, pay increases and other
changes on expected regular paychecks

Working closely with the Head of HR on an on-going basis to support day to day performance, and general staff issues
