NRT is seeking a part-time Receptionist to support our Commercial office located in Salt Lake City.  This position will be responsible for handling inbound calls at the main reception/switchboard of the Salt Lake Commercial office.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include handling inbound calls at the main reception/switchboard of the Salt Lake Commercial office.  This position is scheduled to work 27.5 hours per week, schedule is Monday Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm.  Duties include routing calls, looking up property/leasing agents on company system, responding to and resolving inquiries from clients regarding listed properties and occasional clerical and administrative functions throughout the day including mailroom duties. 

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

Requirements include: High School Diploma or equivalent; two year associate degree in business preferred; two years working knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook internet search sites; strong familiarity with Google Earth; excellent verbal communication skills with ability to provide support to staff, agents and clients; proven experience on central phone systems; attention to detail and accuracy; proven exceptional customer service skills.
