Job Description: Tempe location Surgical Technology Instructor for Tempe campus Provide a learning experience to students and evaluate their achievements. -Educate and provide technological and academic training to students -Design and carry out a lesson plan for each class taught that recognizes students abilities, learning styles, etc. and provide accommodation for individual student differences -use a variety of means of evaluation to support student abilities ( cooperative learning, reports and teamwork) REQUIRMENTS: A minimum of 3 years experience in a scrub role in the operating room within the last 5 years and/or 3 years teaching in the field of surgical technology. -Documented formal education/training in the field of study for which the program is preparing students to enter -Must hold a CST,CFA,CSA or an equivalent credential in the field of Surgical Technology; The national credentialing organization must be accredited by the National Commission of Certifying Agencies ( NCCA) -NBSTSA certification -Teaching experience preferred We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
