Part Time Team Manager
My client are a leading financial organisation based in Liverpool and are currently looking for a dynamic Team Manager to manage performance in their contact centre
The position involves:
Leading the Performance Development process to build, develop and motivate a high performing team.
• Manage all people-related issues for your team relating to absence, poor performance, recruitment and reward
• Drive quality of complaint cases within your team, ensuring they adhere to standards set by Customer Relations and the Financial Services Authority.
• Bring to life through effective communication the Customer Relations vision and business objectives for your team and provide clear direction on priorities
• Manage and embed change activities and initiatives into your team’s ways of working
• Managing the team and ensuring everyone understands what is expected of them and how they are performing
To be shortlisted you must be a strong Team Manager
This is a Part Time evening position for 6 months initially
