Partner Enablement BDM

Position Summary

The individual in this role will assistPAMs, PDMsPSEsfor selected strategic Partners to prepare GAP analysis based on Partner Structure, Certification Specialization Roles and Sales Strategy.  This individual will also be required to prepare and lead the execution ofthe integral Enablement Plan. Actionable Partner Reports will be created and shared with strategic Cisco Roles. The ability to be consultative and supportive is critical to the success of this individual. Excellent interpersonal skills are also critical for success. General knowledge about Cisco Technologies and solutions are also required for this position. An understanding of Cisco Partner Program and tools will be required to be successful in this position.

Roles Responsibilities

·         Work closely with strategic Selected Partners to understand their organization and create the partner readiness Report.

·         Be able to provide recommendations to PAMsPSEs around ways to improve/Support the Partner Sales Strategy.

·         Based on Partner Analysis and sales strategy, define the integral Partner enablement plan of selected partners, coordinate the execution with Cisco Partner Extended team and measure results

·         Will communicate Partner GAPs in a constructive, supportive manner to achieve sales plan

·         Participate in planning sessions, implementation and metrics (KPI’s) for Cisco Partner team and Partner Strategy.

·         Stay current with industry directions and relevant with Cisco products, solutions and sales strategies (solutions and consultative Selling)

·         Continuous self-development is required to remain current with evolving Cisco Technology and Partner program.

Required Skills

·         Excellent oral communication, presentation, listening, and consultative skills with proven ability to transfer technical and business knowledge. Must be able to produce high quality written Partner reports.

·         Proficient in developing and implementing Partner Enablement plans to support sales based on Partner Readiness analysis and Sales strategy.

·         Ability to develop and build good relationships. In this position, develop and maintain close working with Cisco Partner team, Cisco Engineering team and Channel Partner personnel.

·         Time and project management skills are required

·         Ability to work independently.
