Our client is a prestigious human resources and reward consulting firm with a market leading position globally in their field of specialisation. In anticipation of further growth in their regional business, the need has arisen to recruit a senior partner to lead their China practice. This position could be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
Multinational Consulting Firm - Key Leadership Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, Asia Pacific this role will lead the Greater China operation and will develop and mentor an impressive team of consultants based in HK and Shanghai. You will be responsible for driving business growth and client servicing within the region and build on an extensive local and international client base to expand the firm's presence in the areas of rewards consulting and HR operational advisory work.
The successful candidate will be a senior level Consulting or Rewards professional with experience of working in a top tier consultancy. You will demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial drive, a track record in developing business and excellent commercial acumen. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as is someone who has worked inChinapreviously. Experience within the Financial Services sector will be extremely advantageous. Last but not least, you must be a team player, have high energy levels and strong strategic capability.
