Our client, a leader in the pensions advisory and pensions restructuring space is searching for a senior professional with a strong technical expertise in pensions restructuring.
They have a strong, stable brand with a well-known leadership team where you will gain broad product and cross-sector exposure in a highly international environment working alongside high calibre senior consultants and advisers on the highest profile cases.
My client has had significant successes in Debt Advisory and Restructuring situations through their extensive relationships with domestic and European corporates and very active private equity clients with an appetite for deals.
The successful candidate will join a team which has performed extremely well completing multiple headline making transactions and attracting outstanding talent to build on the prestigious deals they have been doing in the region.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience, a track record of advising clients in a range of complex pension negotiations and will have the credibility gained from achieving fair and reflective settlements for stakeholders.
Candidates must have an appreciation of the effects of uncertain market conditions and fluctuating scheme deficits on the Employer Covenant for Trustees and Sponsoring Employers.
You should have experience covering Pensions, Restructuring and Corporate Finance working with Trustees, Sponsoring Employers and their existing advisors to assess the impact of transactions and scheme compromise options.
This individual will be involved in developing and executing value-enhancing transactions; from assisting clients in making investment judgments and decisions, advising on valuation, assessment, tactical bidding and competitor and industry trends.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional client facing qualities and a track record in motivating and influencing people to achieve desired results.
