Strategy Analyst recruitment
A multinational financial services group seeks to attract an exceptional individual to support the Group Strategy Director/CEO to define and articulate the Group and entity strategies for the business, review existing operations and new opportunities and assess the impact of long term industry trends.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate acquisition or business expansion opportunities
- Perform ad-hoc country reviews
- Perform ad-hoc business unit / entity reviews
- Supporting annual 3 year planning exercise
- Supporting annual post acquisition review exercise
- Preparing Board and GEC strategy papers
- Writing (and potentially delivering) presentations and speeches
- Structuring and facilitating strategy workshops
- Maintaining up-to-date "map" of the strategic landscape / key macro-economic trends and developments
- Tracking and supporting delivery of strategic initiatives
The successful individual will have an excellent academic background (ideally with an MBA) with 3-5 years relevant experience within a top tier strategy consulting firm or a FTSE 100 financial services business. Second languages would be a distinct advantage (particularly Portuguese).
