My client a leading global mobile communications company is recruiting for two Support Account Specialists to join their growing team in Surrey.
This is an interesting and varied role and responsibilities will involve to;

-Acting as an interface between partner organisations and the company's customer support operations.
-Escalation follow-ups.
-Implementing technical support processes for the companies solution in relation to the partner's business goals.
-Engaging education services to implement web-based or in-class training programs to help partners understand and support the solution more effectively.
-Collaborating with partner organisations and the company teams to prepare for new product service launches
-Hosting conference calls and service review meetings to discuss partner support activity and review support performance.
-Track, monitor and report the results of incidents escalated to the company

To be successful for this role applicants would have;
Fluency in English and Turkish
A degree
Proven experience in a relationship or account or project management role working in a high-tech service oriented organisation
Customer facing experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good knowledge of excel
An ITIL certification or previous escalation management experience would be a strong bonus.
