Payments Administrator to £18000 City London

Purpose of the job:

The Operations team are responsible for the processing of incoming customer payment instructions and execution of payments. All payments must be made within tight deadlines to a high level of accuracy.

Main duties:

·         Matching funds received to expected payments and making relevant entries into back office system (isCT)

·         Entering bank details provided by customers into isCT

·         Entering payments into bank payment systems where necessary

·         Contacting customers by telephone or email where client instructions are unclear or incomplete

 

 

 

Who are we looking for?

Successful applicants must have:

·         Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy

·         Previous experience of data entry or payment processing

·         Demonstrating teamwork

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience of using Microsoft Office (MS Outlook/ MS Excel)

·         Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
