Payments Manager recruitment
Role
Working for this international financial services firm you will be managing a new team that will be responsible for all payments related to the CHAPS and SWIFT systems. You will be responsible for implementing the payment policies and frameworks and then building a team around you who will handle day to day payment requests. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of payment workflow and working with the liquidity manager and other key stakeholders within cash operations to ensure that payments happen as required and with no error margins. You will also be responsible for the pastoral care of the team.
What We Are Looking For
You must have strong payments experience with an emphasis on either CHAPS or SWIFT. You will also have previous team management experience, including interviewing and recruiting for team members. If you have previous experience of project work and migration work it would be very beneficial at the start of this role. Finally you will have excellent communication skills and must have the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients within the company to ensure that deadlines are in place and met.
