Payments Monitoring Business Architect
Job Purpose
- Defining the Global Operating Model for Payment Application Monitoring and business roadmap to support the Programme delivery
- Management and development of staff within the team
- Work alongside Senior Management to define their future change agenda, identifying new initiatives to improve the customer/business experience.
Key Accountabilities
Programme Delivery (80%)
Lead business roadmap to enable programme delivery, including:
- Develop relationships with Executives and Senior Managers across the bank to shape change projects within their businesses or departments
- Confidently manage technically or legally complicated projects and resolve complex issues
Organisational Development (20%)
- Line Manage and coach selected B3-B5 individuals including Performance Development, Annual Reviews, Personal and Professional Development needs and Diversity, Disciplinary Grievance and other group HR policies.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Payments Application Monitoring
- Financial services experience
- Proven Business architecture and defining of business process through set up and delivery
- Change Management skills and expertise across all aspects of projects from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrable track record of architecting a number of very large-scale, high-profile strategic change projects
- Regarded as a role model and leading expert in the defining and project scoping
- Educated to degree or MBA level to be able to meet the intellectual demands of the job, or can demonstrate equivalent experience
Preferred
- Sanctions / Anti Money Laundering knowledge and software applications experience e.g. Vrisk or Fircosoft
- Payment Processing Landscapes, including SWIFT, SMS, BACS, CHAPS, Global Pay Plus
