Payroll Administration Team Leader

My client, an award-winning institution, are seeking an experienced Payroll Administration Team Leader to join their successful team on a fixed-term basis. Initially for 6 months, this post has the potential to be extended.

Leading the Payroll Administration Team, you will be responsible for delivering over 4,500 complex monthly payrolls accurately and associated year-end procedures, ensuring that all service level agreements and statutory requirements are met. You will have excellent knowledge of payroll policies and procedures, pension administration, all aspects of payroll and employment law and statutory regulations that govern workplace payroll and pensions. Midlandhr iTrent or Agresso/Unit4 knowledge would be advantageous, however an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.

As the ideal position holder, you will have experience of delivering payroll supervision and administration in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Driven by deadlines, you will have strong planning and organisational skills. Above all, you will be an excellent leader and communicator who is passionate about driving innovation and action, as well as delivering a high quality and effective customer service.
