Payroll Administrator
Our client based in East Grinstead requires a part time Payroll / Credit Control Assistant to work 20 to 25 hours per week (Preferably over 5 days but willing to consider other working arrangement)
Duties Include:
PAYROLL
Software used – Accord by Business Solutions
Client Payroll for approx. 120 clients (weekly, monthly and annual)
Calculation of payrolls including New Starters, Leavers, SMP, SSP etc
Dealing with client queries
RTI reports - creation and submission
Setting up new clients / PAYE schemes
Closing PAYE schemes
CREDIT CONTROL
Run reports and send out Client Statements
Compile letters and e-mails to chase clients for payments
Produce spreadsheets with debtor information
Take payments over the telephone
Update spreadsheet/ client software
Daily Banking
General Office duties – including telephone queries
Good customer service together with payroll experience skills is a must.
