Payroll Administrator

ADMINISTRATOR - MULTINATIONAL MEDIA COMPANY - CENTRAL LONDON - IMMEDIATE START

A large Media company in central London is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a 6 month maternity cover.
Working with and supporting the Payroll Benefits Manager to ensure best in class delivery of the payroll function.

Responsibilities below:
1500 employees on the payroll
Handling basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing, and liaising with the Group HR departments, line managers and Group FD’s.
To assist the Payroll Manager in running the payroll on a monthly basis for temporary staff and permanent employees, to ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with SOX obligations.
To update payroll records as appropriate.
To ensure all relevant filing of documents in both an orderly and timely manner.
Produce monthly salary increase letters, as well as leavers letters together with P45’s.
Administer and update all benefit across the Group on a monthly basis:
