Payroll Administrator Job in Reading Rg6 1Rh, Southern Uk
As a Payroll Administrator in our HR function, you will have responsibility for managing the accuracy and integrity of HR Data, pro-actively suggesting and implementing relevant process improvements, assisting with the monthly production of the pay run and act as full back up support and cover in the absence of our Payroll Manager. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain an understanding of basic payroll legislation, ING Direct policies and our payroll software.
In order to be considered for this role you must have previous experience in payroll administration and processing, strong payroll systems experience and basic knowledge of payroll legislation. You must also have a strong awareness of information privacy and personal confidentiality, with the ability to apply and promote these values in the workplace.
