Payroll Administrator Job in Salt Lake City 84111, Utah Us
, fast growing company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator/Administrator who is flexible, a quick learner, has the ability to hit the ground running, handle high volume and fast pace while maintaining accuracy. This position includes coordinating all new employee benefits and payroll enrollment paperwork with new employees, coordinating, preparing, and processing payroll changing and updating employee tax forms, reconciling payroll sub ledger to the general ledger, preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements, coordinating with COBRA benefits, updating policies and procedures and managing employee payroll records. Experience with ADP Payroll is a plus.
Requirements include but are not limited to 2+ years of payroll experience, excellent communication and problem solving abilities, Microsoft Excel. ADP a plus. BS Accounting preferred.
