My Client base on the north side of Aberdeen, have a job opportunity for Payroll / Finance Assistant that has arisen, which will initially be starting on a temporary basis, with the possibility of going permanent.

The job itself will involve checking clock cards against appropriate shift patterns; checking holidays and inputting onto the system; along with tracking and analysis of all sick leave, and recording and filing of sick lines.
You will also be responsible for processing all new starters and finishers; making any adjustments to holidays, salaries and adjustments.  Combined with these payroll duties, you will also be responsible for some more general finance duties, such as processing employees expense and handling, issuing and updating petty cash records.
