PAYROLL / HR ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: Barnsley
SALARY AND BENEFITS: Upto £20,000, free parking, pension scheme
SUMMARY:
Our exclusive client based in Barnsley is seeking an experienced payroll and HR administrator to join their existing team, reporting directly to the HR officer you will be responsible for a payroll of 1300 staff and be the point of contact for staff members. The ideal candidate with be from a busy and fast paced environment, have a keen eye for detail and self motivated, in return you will receive and excellent salary package, free on site parking and a fantastic benefits package.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Payroll experience using time attendance systems
- Experince of dealing with various HR procedures including processing new starters, absence sickness
- Be self motivated
- A keen eye for detail
- Experience of working within a similar environment
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A full UK drivers licence due to location
- FMCG background
ROLE INFORMATION:
- Provide assistance within both HR and Payroll
- Maintain weekly payroll for up to 1300 staff members using time attendance systems
- Accuratley input data and maintain information records such as holiday, sickness Absence
- Assit the payroll supervisor in the administration of absence and sickness procedures
- Provide support for recruitment of staff, new starters, offer letters, company handbook
- Maintain personell files, staff development, grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Deal with agency workers and maintain information, invoices and reports directly related to agency staff
