Payroll Second Line Operations Manager - Budapest
Main tasks:
The Payroll 2nd Line Operations Manager will report to the Account Associate Delivery Project Executive and will assume responsibility for the Regional delivery of Payroll for the given client.
The prime responsibility is to:
- Deliver against the Client SLA for accuracy and timeliness
- Lead and develop highly skilled and energetic payroll teams
- Deliver excellent and consistent service to its customers
- Ensure compliance and continuously look to improve both profitability and the efficiency of day-to-day payroll operations and work processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Fluent level of English both written and spoken
- Intermediate level of French/German both written and spoken is an advantage
- Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage
- Customer Service skills
- Strong leadership skills
