Payroller

I am looking for a Payroller to a join a busy construction business based near Harrow - Looking for an individual with 6-12 months basic payroll experience who is keen to start a trainee role in this field - full support and study assistance on offer

Duties
· Ensure that weekly timesheets are received on time and completed to the required standards.· Input hours from weekly timesheets on system and ensure all data is accurate.· Liaise with contract supervisors regarding submitted timesheets or any missing information.· Input holiday payments and training deductions· Ensure correct tax codes are applied· Process leavers· Match sales invoices / applications to weekly timesheets.· Ensure all statutory payments/ deductions are applied – SSP/SMP/SPP/SAP/Court orders/CSA/Student Loans/· Ensure payments are made to relevant authorities on time – E.g. CSA/Court Orders / Student Loans· Prepare and distribute payslips to the relevant supervisors.· Administer Building Civil Engineering scheme and monthly reporting· Assist Payroll manager in producing weekly payroll reports· Completion of reference requests· Provide support to workers with payroll queries etc.· General office administration

Salary 20000-25000 depending on experience, study package, Holidays start from 20 and increase by 1day per annum up to 25.

Bonus paid during December . This year it is 3% of salary.
