An exciting Payroll and HR Officer job opportunity has arisen to work for a highly established financial services organisation based in Bridgend. This is a permanent job opportunity and will report directly into the HR Manager. My client is seeking a pro-active, diligent and professional Payroll Officer to join their large organisation.

As the Payroll and HR Officer your responsibilities will include the following;

Responsible for processing a in house payroll function for up to 1000 employees across multiple payrolls
Responsible for processing benefits such as pension scheme, health cover, dental, season ticket loans, medical insurance, car allowances, SMP, SPP and SSP
You will be the first point of contact for HMRC and employee queries
Responsible for all Year End reconciliations - P11D's, P14's and P35's
Help improve system processes and automation processes.
Responsible for all processing all new starters and leavers

In order to be considered for this position please ensure you have the following skill set

Experience in managing an in house payroll function from start to finish
Experience in using Cascade payroll software is desirable
Excellent attention to detail
CIPP Qualified is desirable but not essential
