PC Change Management Business Analyst recruitment
• Partner with allocated line team to identify process and system improvements • Provide Business analysis services to PC line teams • Interact with stake holders and document Simple "As is" Process Flows
• Create simple Flow Charts and Decision Trees
• Participate in Root cause Analysis for a issue
• Write business requirements / functional specifications documents
• Write test scripts for and manage the UAT process
• Project manage smaller scale line team initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with partner PC line teams
• Engage project partners outside Finance
• Ensure timely and accurate regional project reporting.
• Interact with the Central projects reporting team and resolve any reporting issues.
Qualifications and Education
• Good undergraduate degree from top tier university
Experience
• Understanding of the Change Management function
• Good knowledge of the Product Control function
• 4-5 years work experience post qualification, strong preference for Investment Banking (Product Control, Finance etc)
• Some business analysis exposure
• Strong knowledge of investment bank business processes – front to back
Skills Knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point
• Good presenting and written skills
• Ability to listen and absorb information
• Ability to observe processes and highlight process steps or issues not apparent to the users
• Communicate clear and precise information
• Ability to manage multiple pieces of work
