Preferred 1-3 years experience in the following:
Troubleshooting PC hardware, software and LAN/wireless issues. TCP/IP knowledge preferred. Imaging software, data recovery, and backup utilities. MS Outlook Drive Mapping Strong working knowledge in Windows, XP, and MS Office. Window7 experience a definite plus. Remote Control tools for troubleshooting.. Setting up and configuring network and desktop printer devices. Candidate must be personable, diligent, patient, organized, a team player, and have a history of good attendance. Candidate should have a history of servicing customers in executive positions. Must possess excellent verbal and writing skills.
Candidate must be willing to work overtime on rare occasions.
