Overview
We are currently looking for a PCS Manager to be based in our London office.

The PCS Manager will be responsible for direct management of the London PCS specialists and for prioritising the Production workflow for their individual locations/regions. This position will report to the PCS Production Manager in Boston and will be expected to interact closely with cross-functional colleagues in the local region. It is expected that this person will manage the local PCS team and provide daily supervision and support to those team members. He or she must also establish and maintain constant communication with PCS global teams and PCS Business Partners. In an effort to streamline the communication process, he or she will act as the primary point of contact for their region and will maintain regular contact with the other PCS Managers globally.

Responsibilities
The Manager will be responsible for managing the local PCS staff and providing day-to-day management of the PCS work for the region, including;

?¢ Manage the local/regional team of presentation specialists
?¢ Facilitate the allocation of resources across projects, including scheduling
?¢ Actively engage in the recruitment, hiring, development, and performance assessment of the local/regional team of specialists
?¢ This person will review and prioritise all incoming production projects that come in during standard business hours. They will also be the contact, if necessary, for other PCS-related projects within their office such as design, multimedia and photography requests
?¢ Triage all production jobs as they come in
?¢ Assess and estimate all incoming jobs
?¢ Contact business partners to clarify any requests, request any missing files, and adjust dates as necessary
?¢ Re-prioritise VT queue based on altered expectation, if applicable
?¢ Assist with the facilitation of due dates, times, process, and completion of non-Production jobs as required
?¢ Assist PCS Online users with proper submission procedures
?¢ Update appropriate PCS Managers, Team Leaders, and others daily through verbal or email communication
?¢ Prepare the local forecast (daily, weekly, or monthly as needed)
?¢ Facilitate Business Partner training when necessary
?¢ Maintain thorough knowledge of the Production Training Manual to assist in the training of new Production hires, and to act as a resource for local team members
?¢ Adhere to WMC and PCS formatting and work flow rules
?¢ Act as primary point of contact of local Business Partners
?¢ Attend meetings with internal business partners and make decisions based on local workload
?¢ Work on a variety of other tasks as necessary and applicable
