Pensions Management Financial Controller
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manages the preparation of primary financial statements including EEV modelling
- Manages the preparation of management information including board reports
- Develops the monthly reporting process, and cash-flow reporting
- Ensures that the company meets external financial reporting requirements regarding the stock exchange and other regulatory authorities
- Formulates and reviews accounting policies-practices relating to PMC, making recommendations as appropriate.
- Liaises with line management and provides advice to business units on related accounting matters
The job holder is likely to:
- Be a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Have at least 5 years` post-qualification asset management experience
Profile of ideal candidate:
3+ A-levels grades B or above.
Technical-Professional Qualifications ACMA, ACA, ACCA
5 years post-qualification experience
Asset management knowledge
Life Assurance accounting experience
EEV reporting
Strong business acumen, self-starter, good oral and written communication skills, quick learning, clarity of thinking.
