PeopleSoft Compensation Consultant Job
The PeopleSoft Compensation Planning Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology and process deliverables, particularly in PS Compensation module, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. The consultant assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge manage client relationships.
Required (MUST HAVES)
- 1 year experience in PeopleSoft Compensation module
- 1 year experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 implementations
- 1 year experience in Global projects with multiple languages
- 1 year experience in PS modules, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Succession Planning, Position Management
- Willing to travel 75-100%
