The PeopleSoft (PS) Performance Management Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in PS Performance Management module, incl. implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This includes proven experience with PeopleSoft ePerformance, Profile Management, eDevelopment modules. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.1 implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge manage client relationships within context of individual role. Prefer candidates with 9.1 experience, global experience, upgrade experience as well as experience implementing other PS modules i.e., Payroll, Benefits, Time Labor, Position Management, Succession Planning.
