PERFORMANCE ANALYST (6 MONTH FTC)
Description:
A leading Edinburgh based asset management firm is currently seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join their team, initially on a 6 month contract. Within the role you will be involved in the delivery of reports, statistics and analysis relating to the investment performance of the company, to both internal and external clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and production of performance reports using the Socrates and other performance systems to demanding deadlines.
- Direct contact with our office in London servicing institutional clients.
- Updating and analysing various database and spreadsheet based performance models for reporting to external/internal clients.
- Ownership of investment desk reporting responsibility through the Portfolio Review process
- Provision of product analysis/statistics for the purpose of consultant and RFP enquiries.
- Ensuring continued GIPS compliant status of the firm through involvement in the verification process.

Core Requirements:
- VBA and or SQL experience is essential.
- A recognised qualification in an analytical/numerical discipline.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
