Purpose of Role:           To provide timely and efficient completion of all assigned activities to support the product delivery and business development activities for Headquarters Reporting (HQR), Executive Reporting (ER), Added Value Reporting, Factsheet Production and Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) Verification.

Specific Duties:

• Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with all existing clients 

• Client Service

• Work with relevant operational teams and SMEs to build reportsWork to meet internal and client service delivery deadlines in accordance with SLAs

• Address day-to-day client queries

• Product Management

• Be responsible for all related onsite product procedures

• Prepare, manage and own project plans as and when required

• Contribute to product briefings to relevant parties document requirements and procedures as required to meet Procedure compliance

• Address ongoing client product development requirements and provide internal feedback

• Business Development

• Create awareness of our overall product offerings, ensuring that all marketing and sales materials are kept up-to-date

• Maintain a client account plan for the various products that will include market intelligence and competitor information

• Respond to all sales leads, seeking to identify and attract new clients

• Communication Coordination

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, colleagues and other business areas

• Liaise with all relevant State Street divisions / key staff to promote the various products and services

• Participate in internal / external training and workshops

• Personal Development

• Attend training sessions to improve market / product knowledge and increase technical skills

• Attend regular review meetings with line manager including bi-annual appraisals

• Maintain a personal Career Individual Development Plan (IDP)

• Project Management

• Participate and / or lead where required on any project work relating to SSIA products and services

• Ensure all activities are compliant with best practice and with recommendations from internal audit

• Maintain clear and effective communications with other teams both locally and globally including supported customers at all times
