Performance and Talent Coordinator recruitment
Our client is a fast paced leading international brand in Singapore and they currently require a Performance and Talent Coordinator for a 6 month contract with an immediate start.
This person will provide administrative support to the HR Director by facilitating the Performance Management process at a Senior level in areas such as Marketing, Supply Chain and IT.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the principles and practices of talent management and be able to demonstrates skill in the facilitation of learning events. Providing support and coordination for corporate/administration talent management initiatives, this role is highly administrative based, so they need someone who can demonstrate skills in organising resources and establishing priorities as well as competence in supporting multiple projects simultaneously. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate would need to quickly build up strong relationships internally and manage key stakeholders expectations.
Long term this role could lead into a permanent position.
