Performance Improvement – Work Life Balance recruitment
Performance Improvement role with Work Life Balance
The large firm culture that exists within some of the bigger consultancy players is understandably not suitable for everyone. That doesn't mean you don't like consulting or you should jump ship and move into industry. It might mean that you would be better suited to a boutique consultancy firm. The company that I am currently recruiting for does not believe in staying in the office late just to prove a point or sending their consultants to the other side of the world for 6 months at a time. They value their lives outside of work and as a result offer a fantastic work life balance.
As the majority of their clients are based in and around the London area your days will be shorter and your commutes more manageable. This is the perfect role for a consultant that loves the job but wants to be noticed, who would relish the chance to sit down with the partners of their firm and discuss their own unique ideas for a new practice area. The client knows that this is not something that happens everywhere and they are looking for a passionate consultant that is currently working in one of the larger consulting firms to join their ranks.
They focus their attentions on change management, performance improvement and general business consulting. If this is a skill set that you are currently building then this could be a great opportunity for you. Please apply without delay to Chris.Saull@Markssattin.com quoting CHS145739
