Responsibilities Performance Metrics Consultants support key internal partners by proactively seeking and delivering insights to drive profitable Retail growth, while ensuring that core client deliverables are produced and published in a timely and accurate manner. They do this through a disciplined data driven approach and a thorough understanding of marketing, credit profitability and the interaction of customers, retailers and card issuers Examples of Duties: Delivers required client reporting in a timely and accurate manner, synthesizing performance metrics and knowledge of client's activities to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations around key trends and associated business impact. Proactively seeks outs, identifies and analyzes data trends and CRM patterns over time to make strategic recommendations to assigned clients. Is able to discern and articulate the linkage between the CRM planning, portfolio trends and the forecast/budget. Proactively seeks outs, identifies and analyzes data trends over time to make strategic recommendations to assigned clients. Drives the monthly baseline forecast of Applications, New Accounts and Credit Sales for the current calendar year, as well as the initial point of view for the annual volume budgeting process, providing clear guidance as to the portfolio trends that are driving the recommendation. Active participant in the strategic account management process for all assigned clients. Proactively brings opportunities to the process based on portfolio trends, is engaged in client discussions, and assists with the identification of objectives and success metrics. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of management Data Driven Independent, Proactive, Curious Strong Collaborator Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate Proficient in MS Office Strong understanding of Retail Business Model Strong understanding of Credit Business Model Understanding of CRM Strategies Able to effectively translate data analysis into everyday English Positive attitude, able to manage conflict and change effectively Able to independently initiate and lead key projects Great attention to detail and adherence to quality standards Ability to influence key internal stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
