Performance & Risk Manager
Our client, an impressive global asset manager, has an opportunity for an accomplished Performance specialist to head up their Performance Risk team offering a fast track management career path.
The successful incumbent will come from a solid and proven Performance Measurement Attribution background demonstrating the aptitude to lead and develop a team of Performance Risk specialists.
Our clients fixed income business has seen substantial growth offering complex fixed income products requiring candidates to be experienced in performance measurement and attribution reporting for both Equity and Fixed Income. Candidates will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of investment products and performance measurement techniques particularly around Fixed Income Attribution solutions as well as proven quantitative skills with the ability to develop accurate performance attribution models for various asset classes.
This opportunity will also appeal to those looking to evolve performance reporting and services delivered to front office as well as gaining exposure to Risk reporting. In addition, candidates will have an understanding of GIPS with experience in their implementation and maintenance.
Leading the Performance Risk division, you will contribute to significant performance related projects as well as work closely with front office to develop and deliver value added reporting requirements which will significantly evolve the service of reporting delivered to front office.
Your systems experience may include BlackRock Aladdin, Eagle and Lipper coupled with strong Excel skills.
Accomplished Performance specialists will be degree educated coupled with professional qualification such as CIPM or IMC and will be willing to undertake the CFA or CIPM program. This is truly a fantastic opportunity to elevate and fast track your management career within performance.
