Permanent Payroll Officer with Coin System Experience recruitment
Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Permanent Payroll Officer to work with a dynamic, forward thinking Engineering Contractors business based in the North West of NSW, this position has become available due to an internal move wiithin the business.
This role will suit an individual that is accountable and takes ownership of their position and has previous experience in developing and nurturing internal relationships, excellent attention to detail and is career driven with the initiative to work in line with company polices and procedures. The below experience would be critical to the success of the individual in the position:
- Demonstrated payroll knowledge and experience
- Current Legislative and Awards knowledge is key
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- High level of attention to detail and numeric accuracy
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines
- Ability to self manage in a team environment
- High level of accountability and ownership
- High level of initiative, pro-activeness and positive attitude
Own transport or local to the North West of NSW would be advantageous and experience with Coin payroll system would be an advantage.
