JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Personal Administrator for a high end financial services client in Monaco. This Monaco regulated company is seeking an experienced Administrator to become a key member of its professional team.
Reporting to the Directors, your main tasks will be:
- General office administration
- Marketing support
- Project assistance
- Supplier management
- Conference and event organization
- Scheduling and participating in meetings
- Travel management.
You will be the main point of contact for the day to day operations of the office. You are a self starter with great communication skills and an entrepreneurial problem solving attitude seeking to thrive within a highly motivated, energetic, young international team.
Absolute Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business or other relevant degree preferred
- 3-10 years industry experience
- Citizen of France or Monaco
- Fluent French, good English
- Able to use Microsoft Office
Beneficial requirements
- One other language; Greek or Spanish also beneficial
- Flexibility to travel monthly to offices in London, New York and other European locations
