Personal Banking Officer I
· Support branch staff to open and close the office, answer incoming calls and, when necessary, refer appropriately.
· Perform Teller functions by processing transactions and balancing cash.
· Perform inquiries and transactions including opening and closing accounts, account maintenance, and handling other customer requests.
· Possess clear understanding of Bank Policies and Procedures and adhere to them.
· Must be knowledgeable of Bank products and services to identify and meet customer needs.
· Able to prioritize tasks and complete in an accurate and timely manner.
· Develop proficiency in Bank technology and computer systems.
- Cross selling banking products and services.
· Responsible for complying with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to Vault and ATM.
