Your role will be to build and maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs and providing them with options on a range of lending products and services that may meet these needs.
An important aspect of this role is the need to develop and maintain effective working relationships with Branch Managers branch staff within the company as they will be referring customers to you. Other Areas of the business you will deal with include the lending support team and the loans processing centres to assist your customers in resolving their lending issues.
You will also be required to refer customers to appropriate specialists in the business who will include Mobile Lenders, Business Bankers Financial Planners and other internal areas as necessary. A key element of your role is to achieve growth for the banks business by meeting individual and team sales and service referral targets.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- The ability to build maintain internal relationships within the business
- The ability to build maintain an internal and external customer lead network
- A pro-active attitude in identifying total customer needs and solutions
- Proven record of delivering responsive, enterprising and efficient service to new and existing customers
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Any experience in the financial sector and lending would be highly regarded.
