Personnel Co-ordinator Job in Bristol, South West Uk

We are thrilled to be assisting our client with their need for a Personnel Co-ordinator to join their busy team in central Bristol. For this opportunity we are seeking someone who has gained experience with the offshore / maritime industry within a recruitment role. This is a unique role where you will be co-ordinating recruitment around the UK for integral and urgent requirements. As well as sourcing unique talent you will co-ordinate travel, arrange Visa's and reference check (with a team of administrators to assist you). Within this role you will be working with changing demands (including the weather) so you have to have a flexible and positive approach, a can-do attitude as well as having great communication skills to liaise with both your clients and your contractors. On top of all this you will have first class interpersonal skills, keeping in touch with your customers and contracts, resolving any issues and keeping them up to date. It's essential you have recruitment experience, gained within the offshore industry ideally.
