As a Phone Center Credit Analyst, you will be handling inbound calls and be responsible for analyzing new credit card applications, requests for credit line increases and conducting new credit request verification to determine credit worthiness. Team Members will make decisions that balance both Risk and Profit by utilizing the applicant's information, reviewing credit bureaus, account behavior and payment patterns. Make outbound calls in order to develop additional aspects of the application with the customer in order to make accurate credit decisions. Must be passionate about providing quality customer service and feel confident adhering to the Chase Corporate lending philosophy and guidelines. Must be results oriented and flexible to change in fast moving environment.

This is for a class start date of 1/6/2013, and will consist of approximately 10 weeks of training. The schedule during training will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Once training is completed, you must be flexible to work a first or second shift. Schedules will start no earlier than 7am and end no later than 7pm - must be available to work either every Saturday or every Sunday.
