Our client, leading oil refiner and marketer, are seeking an experienced individual within the North American Bunker Fuel markets. A successful candidate would have experience in trading marine fuel cargoes across the North American Bunker market to counterparties and bulk purchasers.
A strong network across the domestic marine fuel oil market and experience in a similar position is essential. This position would suit an individual looking for a new challenge or the next step in their carer.
Responsibilities of Physical Bunker Fuel / Cargo Trader Houston:
· Trading physical marine fuel and bunkers in order to maximize commercial revenue
· Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships
· Adopting appropriate trading and analysis strategies with a view to maximize commercial revenue
· Provide support to business development teams
· Work closely with management and regional parallel business units
Skills required for Physical Bunker Fuel / Cargo Trader Houston:
· At least 5 years experience in physical cargo / bunker trading position within domestic US markets
· A strong analytical and/or commercial background
· Be willing to be based in Houston
