Key Functions and Expected Performances: Treatment Intervention-Provides therapeutic interventions for identified objective deficits and goals. Demonstrates ability to: Provide treatment consistent with physician prescription and plan of care established by physical therapist / occupational therapist In collaboration with the supervising therapist, modify treatment plan as needed to demonstrate provision of skilled therapy services including progression of treatment throughout course of care, and revision of treatment interventions of goals not met.
