Planning Administrator

My client is recruiting for a Temporary Planning Administrator who will undertake the following:

Create and communicate the monthly investment forecast files for key markets
Support the raising of customer investment orders, in line with agreed timescales and adherring to current processes to ensure the ongoing smooth delivery of product to end-customers.
Support the MSC and Demand teams by obtaining supply information, from the manufacturing / purchasing teams, in relation to supplemental requests received.
Complete any set definition amendments to align market investment requirements.
Support the MSC and Demand teams by analyzing and completing key market return and write off requests, in line with current Standard Operating Procedures.
Monthly analysis of market rationalisation opportunities, against ME inventory files, for applicable markets.
Support the MSC and Demand teams with production of monthly key Performance Indicator data.
Conduct any administrative tasks to further support the Continuous Improvement Programs within the department
Provide any support to Project work as required
Possible to take on responsibility for a small market or New Product launch

Requirements of Candidate
Basic understanding of Supply Chain
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access and other Business Reporting tools (e.g; JDE, Cognos)
Ability to work using own initiative within a team environment
Good organisational skills
Analytical and Problem solving skills
Good communication skills with people at all levels and a pleasant manner
Ability to handle the pressures of working within a demanding environment.
