Planning and Forecasting Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well known private sector company to assist in a unique and interesting role.
This role will employ you in a permanent capacity to help with understanding how to drive a company forward reporting into the Resource Lead Manager.
You will look to develop the company and and confident in analytical matters. With experience in forecasting, and succession planning.
You will be require to:
- To be a subject matter expert and ‘go to’ point for the business about all planning and forecasting matters relating to allocated business lines
- To produce accurate and timely forecasts ranging from short term tactical to long term strategic (including views for annual budgeting cycle) plans for prescribed areas to ensure all call volumes and sales plans are delivered as effectively as possible.
- All forecasts will be provided on time with accurate information meeting recipient’s expectations. The reputation of Resource Planning will be influenced through the delivery of this key role
- Produce short and long term capacity plans to support operational delivery
- Must have the ability to talk confidently and credibly with managers / directors regarding forecasting, capacity and planning
- To support day to day decision making that has significant financial and reputational impacts E.g. Outsourcer billable hours
