Plant Administrator Job in Montrose, Scotland Uk

Plant Administrator is required for a contract position based Montrose. The role duties include:

· To provide a proficient and effective multi-functional administrative support
· Service to HR, Plant and manufacturing team helping to ensure all administrative functions are carried out in a professional and timely manner.
· Supply comprehensive secretarial support to Plant Manager, HR Manager and manufacturing cell leaders.
· Organising HR/Safety in house courses and one-off external courses, input of training records for all personnel on Training system.
· Liaise with company doctor for, medical appointments, health surveillance, etc.
· Organising management meetings, conferences, lunches, accommodation and travel as required.
· Organise the Long Service Award lunch each year.
· Update the Montrose Fire Register on a monthly basis.
· Organise company retirement lunches as required.
· Accurate input to training databases and the provision of meaningful data to ensure manager within the HR team is supplied with the appropriate reports/information on an agreed basis.
· Sort and distribute internal and external mail.
· Frank daily outgoing mail.
· Assist other departments i.e. Accounts for holiday cover - data input of job cards and typing up of engineering procedures to assist engineering manager and team.
· Health Ahead committee member - minute all meetings and assist with the organisation of functions and frameworks.
· Issuing relevant posters and information.
· Secretary of Montrose Social Committee - assist with the organisation of meetings distribution of posters etc. detailing upcoming events being held.
· Be the single contact point and controller for all stationary items in the Plant.
· All ordering to be collated and administered.
· Order business cards as required.
· Use SSP5 purchasing system for raising Purchase Orders for the plant and be main point of contact for manufacturing needs.
· Entering all Concern Reports in to the EHS system.
· Minute the Communication Council meetings.
· Co-ordinate WebEx meetings throughout the plant as required.
· Assist the Manufacturing team with weekly reports, auto requisitions, unplanned issues, warehouse transfers and other requests as required.

Special Experience:
· Educated to HNC level in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Secretarial experience desirable
· Previous administration experience essential.
