PLANT MANAGER Job in Sul Fluminense

Our client has a well known international reputation in the plastic converter industry and want to expand the activities in Brazil.
Oferta:
Reporting to the CEO, your main responsibilities will include:
- Look for and develop all the approvals for the technical development of the factory within the local authorities;
- Recruit and build up his/her own team in order to start the operation;
- Coordinate and control all aspects regarding the planning construction and later operation of a state of the art Greenfield facility for PET processing;
- Define and organize the techinical priorities of the project, including the control and compliance of deadline and costs.
Perfil desejado:
We look for engineers, with a strong background on the start-up of industrial plants, and with a large experience on developing solutions for diverse and complex issues. Strong ability to communicate, negotiate with contractors, and develop an extremely strong team to support the operation complete desired profile. Fluency in Portuguese and English. and the a background on the plastics industry are mandatory.
