Plant Manager - Operations Manager - Beverage

If you are a Plant Manager with Beverage Industry experience, please read on!

Excellent opportunity to join an established and growing beverage manufacturing organization with facilities nationwide. Company seeking a new Plant Manager for overall responsibility for the facility.

What you need for this position:

- Degree
- 10 + years' experience in a beverage manufacturing facility
- 5 + years' experience as Plant Manager within a beverage manufacturing facility
- Juice experience would be a huge plus
- P L Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Continuous Improvement Experience

What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for managing a 200 person beverage manufacturing facility
- Spearheading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Projects
- Managing Profit and Loss for the facility
- Overseeing capital projects for the facility
