Platform Operations Manager recruitment
Our client, a leading investment management house, is seeking a Platform Operations Manager to work within their team. The Platform Operations Manager will provide a comprehensive centre of expertise on the operational requirements of Platform distributors, working closely with the business for day to day operational issues
Background of the Platform Operations Manager:
- Develop an in depth operational knowledge of each platform
- Build and maintain a database on each platform
- Manage Platform Structure and internal relationships
- Develop an in depth knowledge of the operational requirements of individual clients.
- Ensure accurate terms are in place across each division together with a rationale
- Work with the platforms to identify improvements to operating practices (feeds on distributions, prices, reconciliations, corporate actions)
- Deliver an effective customer experience to the platform distribution channel in their operational dealings
Background of the Platform Operations Manager:
- Experience working directly within a fund platform, wrap or fund supermarket capacity essential
- Knowledge of the distribution channels including specialist, IFA and direct sales
- Understanding of the accuracy and timeliness of information which supports the distribution function
- Knowledge of business planning
- Strength in organising, interpreting and presenting information including reports and presentations
This is a permanent Monday - Friday role paying an excellent salary plus bonus and benefits.
